The trek up the Duhangan valley to the base of Deo Tibba attracts both mountaineers and trekkers. Mountaineers find Deo Tibba attractive as it is a moderately challenging peak, above 6000m in height, with a basecamp that can be accessed fairly quickly from Manali. For trekkers there is the opportunity to reach the vast camping ground of Seri and climb on to Tenta.
