April is spring time in Srinagar, a variety of flowers are in bloom. As Kashmir is in the North, the upper reaches still have a fair amount of snow even in April. The Marchoi Trek offers a fantastic experience of conducting a winter trek in snow. The objective is to summit Marchoi Top 3300m. The trek starts from the village of Naranag close to Srinagar.
