Fast Access

The trekking region can be accessed by a comfortable 4 hour drive from Dehra Dun Airport making it fairly accessible

The Obra Gad valley runs parallel to the Harkidun Valley. Jakhol is located close to Obra Gad. Every year, with utmost reverence and reverie, villagers undertake a pilgrimage from Jakhol to the head of Obra Valley. The trail to the head of the valley initially goes through forest sections and later gives way to meadows. This is where you get to see the views of ridge lines and mountain ranges. You can’t miss the sight of Ranglana (5400 M), a shapely peak.
