PILANGANA GAD

TREK

Din Gad is a known valley in Western Garhwal as its frequently used by the Nehru Institute of Mountaineering for its courses. Pilangana Gad is the adjoining valley towards the south east. In this exploratory trek the objective is to claim the ridge between the Dig Gad valley and the Pilangana Gad valley and move towards the head of the valley. The objective is to continue to progress on the ridge to a point where the trail is safe and then descend down into the Din Gad valley. After visiting the head of the valley descend down the Din Gad valley and complete the exploration.
