An alternative trek to the busy EBC trek offering a close view of Mt. Everest
25 March - 8 April, 2023
Tribhuvan International Airport
The Gokyo Lake trek involves a 115 km’s up and down and is considered as an alternative to the Everest Base Camp Trek (EBC). The view of Everest from Gokyo Lakes is distant as compared to the EBC trek but is a lot more grander. The six lakes around Gokyo greatly enhance the beauty of the region. As compared to EBC the trail to Gokyo is not busy.
